TODAY'S NEWS: I sent an email asking about the status of my printer, and the seller admitted that he'd dropped it while packing, and it broke. He agreed to a refund, which I haven't seen yet either. He obviously doesn't know who I am, or he would know that I am a Guy Not To Be Messed With. I know I don't need to get exactly the same model of printer that I had before, but I think I'll check out the recycled electronics store this weekend (I'd send the minions, but they'd come home with a truckload of peripherals, and they'd all be too cute to send back).
